The other day I was having lunch with Arianne at this newly opened Korean restaurant when we met an old friend from our previous work. I was pleasantly surprised to see Kelly and I guess she was just as surprised to see us. What I noticed most was that she has managed to lose a lot of weight. Kelly was what you'd call a voluptuous woman and she has been wanting to lose those extra pounds. Seeing her the other day was a complete shock as she lost a lot of weight. When we asked her about it she said it has something to do with the stress of her new job. Finding ways to increase web site traffic with so little to go on is bloody hard. She said she spent less and less time sleeping and more time working. This routine went on for about a month and before she knew it she was shrinking. Her clothes don't fit her well she had to go shop completely for a new set of wardrobe. |

I have been on LinkedIn for almost one and half year now and have more than one hundred and fifty connections - from a design agency I use from time to time, to several internet marketers I use regularly. I work as a consultant and I had joined LinkedIn hoping that connections in LinkedIn would help me improving my business and also improving connectivity with the people with whom I have to deal on regular basis. But to put it honestly, most of the expectations I had from Linked In have been fulfilled. There are a number of reasons for that. Somehow I feel that website is not as interactive and friendly as some other social networking websites are. While using Facebook and Twitter is fun, using LinkedIn is not. The pages are not very attractive, which do not promote much usage. Though some organizations promote their business on LinkedIn, but for people like me there are not many opportunities which are advertised. I am not very interested in what other organizations are selling I would be more interested in knowing what the opportunities are, and this aspect is missing. That is why I have been using LinkedIn less and less over the past few weeks. |

Internet marketing is a relatively new way of promoting your business or product. It has become practical for businesses to advertise on Facebook or Twitter. This kind of marketing provides an efficient way to introduce the firm and its references or your product and its characteristics to people all around the world. But it is not just efficient. It is also much easier to present the business or product to a large number of internet users simultaneously. I've had some training on email marketing also, and this too is a great way to get a message out there.
From personal experience, internet marketing is a personal thing. For instance, everyone hates pop-up windows and adverts. You are on the internet, searching for specific contents and suddenly a pop-up window opens. No one reads those and they are more suspicious to people than interesting. For marketing to be successful it needs to be more targeted. |

Social Networks such as Facebook, Google+ and MySpace have become one of the most successful and popular aspects of the internet. They provide an opportunity for people to connect with one another and share experiences that is hard to replicate in any other way. They allow people to publish their thoughts and opinions, share memories, make things like Facebook banners or just play games and waste time. Along with this freedom of communication there is an underlying privacy issue that many users are happy to ignore all of the information submitted is being stored and is no longer the sole property of the individual who publishes it. When planting your crops in Farm-ville you are also spreading the seeds of your identity into cyberspace and providing companies with knowledge to tailor products and services to suit you in the future. Or, if you wish to take a more cynical point of view, you are selling your opinions, memories and identity to a faceless corporation and have no say or influence as to how they may be used. |

Joy was seen crying in a corner of the office and everyone was wondering why. When her best friend, Aimee arrived and saw her there, she immediately approached her friend and asked, Joy, what's wrong? Why are you crying? Come on, tell me. Maybe we can help you, if you just tell us. In between sobs, Joy managed to tell Aimee that her boss has just fired her. He fired me just because he did not like my report on seo packages. Can you believe that? Do you think it's fair? Aimee could not believe what she just heard. Joy could not afford to lose her job because her family was depending on her. Wanting to sound positive, Aimee replied, Your boss could not have meant what he told you. Maybe he was just upset. You'll see after a while, he will call for you and everything will be okay. Come on, Joy. Let's go to your station so that when your boss calls for you, you're there. Joy started to calm down as she realized that Aimee could be right. She could be crying for no reason after all. |

Its difficult to find free things in this current generation. Most of the things are paid for so people can continue accessing them. One will ask questions why internet should be paid for. It should be paid so people can continue getting the information they want at anytime. The monthly seo packages are packed depending on the information people want to have. The advantage of people using these machines its, that they are cheap to pay and they dont cost a lot of money. There are places where people use more of the internet and are charged more money compared to those who use less because they are not charged the same. People should not complain to pay monthly because its something smaller compared to what they benefit. They should pay so as to continue using because they dont they will not search for any information unless payment are done. The payment is used to pay workers who help in terms of technicians. People should not ignore to pay because its for sake of their benefits of getting information. |

My father is always complaining on the fact that this is a generation of kids who do not even read. He says that many kids including us are always on the internet and the internet has a way of stunting the growth of many kids when it comes to reading. He had even refused to buy us a computer and said that they would encourage us to be lazy. We would get penalized because of the papers that we could not type and take to school. He was called to school and was informed on our demeaning progress when it came to delivering our assignments. He was told that it was vital that we get a computer in the house because they were not going to tolerate our not submitting our assignments on time or even submitting them at all. He was even more appalled when he learned that he had to use online marketing to improve his business. He complained all the time he had to pay the monthly seo packages. As much as he changed because of his business, his opinions did not change. |

The smell of coffee is very relaxing for Maya, that is the primary reason why she spends so much time at coffee shops. She even prefers to study and work at a coffee shop instead of at her own apartment. Last Friday was no different she arrived at Starbucks 30 minutes past 1 PM and ordered her favorite Cinnamon Dolce Latte. She had her Dell laptop with her as she intends to finish two things that afternoon. A proposal for what should include in an seotoolbox and her assignments for her online ESL course. She has been taking ESL courses online that lasts for about a year and she plans to stay right on track instead of procrastinating and doing things at the last minute. She told us last Thursday that she cannot join us for lunch on Saturday as she had some things to take care of. I guess by that she meant her pending tasks and her school assignment. If all goes well she would finish her ESL course by the end of March next year. |

It&rsquos nice that we get to connect so easily with everyone else around the globe with the simple use of a computer made possible by internet, of course. I have been enjoying the facilities of a wireless internet for the longest time. I have not experienced any major problems since I had my connection. But then I noticed that at certain time of the day, during late afternoons usually, the connection tends to be slower. I was told that I needed to fix my router to solve this problem. But I wonder, how do i fix my wireless router? I miss my cousin Jester in times like these. He&rsquos the go-to guy with these concerns, you know. He happens to know a lot about computers and the internet. Too bad he has flown to Australia to migrate two weeks ago. Now I really wish he were here with me. But he&rsquos not. So obviously I need to look for another person who can help me with my router. Who could this person be? Will somebody please help me! |
