When you're facing the possibility of my being unemployed is good to know how long your benefits will last. unemployment benefits time limit will vary from person to person and even state to state and possibly even from country to country so when your place in the possibility of being unemployed that it would be in your best interest to find out your unemployment benefits time limit and you can do this from your local job service where you file your unemployment benefits. Here in America that can very from 13 weeks to 26 weeks even as much as 99 weeks now with the extension that has been given by the government but then again it is up to how you are unemployed. If your company is signing you up you get the regular weeks that you're entitled to forever how long you have been working. If you been working over a year then you will receive the full 26 weeks and after that you can no longer sign up through the company you had to go on permanent layoff.
