Love is the one thing that can make things in life change

My father was constantly moving because of the nature of his job. This is why my suit case was never unpacked because I knew that we would move again. So I never made any place home because I did not want it to hurt when we moved. He tried to convince me several times not to do that but to instead unpack because it was a good thing but I never did pack. The next place we were moving to was tamworth and from what I gathered, this was where my father grew up. I had a good feeling about this place and anticipated the move. My instincts were on point because when we arrived, even before we settled my father was bombarded with a high school reunion invitation. I convinced him to go despite the fact that he did not want to go. The reunion was on a cruise ship and believe it or not, the following day when he came back, he announced that he had married his high school sweetheart. When I met her, I loved her instantly because she was the exact opposite of my father. That put an end to our constant moving.
